ACCSA continues to advocate for the introduction of an accreditation process for Children’s Contact Services to ensure the provision of safe and child focussed services.  We are pleased to see the Family Law Amendment Bill 2024, which includes the establishment of a regulatory framework for the provision of Children’s Contact Services passed today.
